Quadrant Scatter with Brush
An effort-vs-impact scatter of 24 requests on a four-quadrant grid (quick wins highlighted), with vote-sized dots, segment toggles, tooltips on hover or focus and a drag-to-brush selection that dims the rest and lists the picked items with totals.
