Announcement Flip Bar
A site-top announcement bar whose messages live on the four faces of a CSS 3D drum (rotateX ±90deg, translateZ half the bar height); every 4s it flips upward with a slight overshoot while a progress line shows the dwell time, pausing on hover or focus, with arrows to flip either way.
